Anodization

Anodization is an electrochemical process transforming the original surface layer into an oxide coating. This leaves a protective layer with a thickness going from 15 to 25 microns, and this in a mat or shining finish. This process is obtained by successive baths in a suitable acid electrolyte. According to the duration of the baths, a range of tones is created.

Powder Coating

After an initial pretreatment, this process consists in applying a coloured polyester powder on the aluminium which, after an heat treatment for polymerisation, is transformed into a hard and resistant protecting layer. With Powder coating we are able to offer an infinite variety of RAL colors as well as the possibility of a wood finish. This process is obtained by successive baths in a suitable acid electrolyte. According to the duration of the baths, a range of tones is created.

Brushing

The brushing machine is primary used for the mechanical cleaning of the profiles by using differents types of brushes (steel, Tynex, abrasive nylon or scotch brite). But can also be used as a finishing treatment. The finishes, which can be obtained with this process are unlimited as the brush rotation speeds can vary from 0 to 2000 r.p.m.
